Our schedule of events are:

Sunday School - 9:30am - All of the classes are informal and intimate.  The fellowship is sweet and fun.  Come on, join us!
Sunday morning worship - 10:25am - Brother Tony preaches the word of God to a group ranging from 125-200.  You'll hear the best pianists in the world.  These ladies enjoy playing for God.  The choir is made up of a wide variety of people. They all enjoy singing unto the Lord.
Sunday evening service - 6:00pm - This is a time of prayer, music, fellowship and preaching!  The messages from Brother Tony have inspired all of us.  Don't miss out!
Wednesday youth - During the school year starting at 3:30pm - Team kids(pre-teens), W.O.W.(teens), Children's choir (k-5th) meet.
Wednesday night prayer meeting - 6:00pm - We study the Word of God and pray for one another.
Wednesday night adult choir - 6:00pm - Come join us.  No interviews nor any kind of "test" to get in the choir!  All we ask from you is this... Sing to the Lord!

Mildred Baptist Church is approximately one hour south of Dallas on 287 near Corsicana.  From Interstate 45, take Exit 229 which is Hwy. 287E toward Palestine and turn left at the light.  Go approximately three miles and the church is across from the Mildred Independent Schools.

If you are coming from the south or from Corsicana, take the same exit (229) and go about three miles to the east toward Palestine.  If you are coming from Richland Chambers Reservoir, the church is on Hwy. 287 about eight miles toward Corsicana.  The physical address of the church is 5502 S. Hwy. 287, Corsicana, Texas.

Do you need an answer about the bible?  There are thousands of resources available to get those answers you need!  Some are online, some can be found at church but all originate from our Heavenly Father!  Online resources are abundant and so very often, free!  Check out these resources to get started:

  1. Crosswalk.com  We are a for-profit religious corporation dedicated to building up the Church, which is the Body of Christ.
  2. CARM (Christian Apologetics & Research Ministry)  CARM is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization.  Its purpose is to equip Christians and refute error.  Christianity is under attack everywhere and we need to articulate our faith intelligently and biblically.
  3. BibleNet  Our goal at BibleNet is to provide you with the resources you need to study the Word of God and to provide you with the foundation for sharing your views with others.

Our mission is to love God with all our heart, soul, and mind, and to demonstrate that love by sharing the Good News of the Gospel with the lost, and serving all people at the point of their need.

Youth

Newborn to Pre-Kindergarten:  We have some of the most loving volunteers that take care of our children.  They really enjoy the kids and will enjoy your kids too!  Please bring any items your child may need such as diapers, baby bottle and extra clothes.  We have beds for them to sleep in (if needed) and toys to play with.

School Ages (K-6th grades):  We try to challenge these age group to learn basic principles taught in the bible.  Things they really need to know and things they need to know about their relationship with Christ!  We have "Team Kids" for those who step up to the challenge of learning scripture with our Bible Drills and Skills.  This group is fun and exciting!  They are changing so fast and they are hungry for knowledge.  So bring your kiddos to join in the fun!

School Ages (7-12th grades):  Teenagers, come join us as we find our purpose for being here on this planet!  We will dig deep in the bible each time we gather.  This same age group gets to enjoy the after school activities on Wednesdays from 3:30 till 8:00.  We highly recommend joining us for food, games and fellowship.  It will be fun!

Adults

College Ages:  Though we aren't across the street from a college or university, we still have a place for college students to mingle and stay focused on the issues of Christianity in today's culture.  Our local Baptist Student Ministry has many activities for you to also join!  Check out their website at: http://www.navarrobsm.org/

Ages 25-40:  This class has newly married couples and singles alike.  We tackle difficult topics and basic fundamental bible principles.

Ages 30-50:  This class has newly married couples and singles alike.  We tackle difficult topics and basic fundamental bible principles.

Ages 50+:  There are several different classes for these ages and all have people that deeply love the Lord.  They have activities throughout the year that are fun and inviting!  Come join us when you get a chance!

What does it take to begin a relationship with God? Wait for lightning to strike? Devote yourself to unselfish religious deeds? Become a better person so that God will accept you? NONE of these. God has made it very clear in the Bible how we can know Him. This will explain how you can personally begin a relationship with God, right now...
